Delivery coverage

We intend to deliver stationery orders across Pakistan through third-party courier partners. Coverage and estimated delivery dates will be shown before an order is accepted.

Processing

In-stock items are normally prepared after order confirmation. Weekends, public holidays, remote destinations and stock checks may affect dispatch time.

Charges and tracking

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout. Tracking information will be shared when the live ordering service is activated and a parcel is dispatched.

Receiving an order

Please inspect the outer package at delivery and report visible damage promptly through the published customer-support channel.
